MasterVario solutions park cars without an entry zone, ramp, car lift or the like. The basic principle is that the driver parks the car in a box and after the garage door is closed, the car will be put away fully automatically.

Fully automated parking systems deliver huge time savings. Not only in the search for a parking space, but also the fact that there is no more need to drive into an underground parking zone. In addition, construction costs are much lower and a maximum number of vehicles can be parked within a certain construction volume. The automated parking process also reduces CO2 emissions.

Whether standard car or SUV, the MasterVario scans each vehicle when parked in the garage box, recognising its outside dimensions to put it in the right parking space. The garage box can be located either downstairs or upstairs.

An integrated turntable ensures the vehicle is back in the perfect drive-out position.

We distinguish a number of types depending on the configuration:

The MasterVario R2C is also known as the 'Tower System' from Klaus Multiparking. This is because it is the solution for parking as many cars as possible in a small area.

With up to 15 levels one above the other and 6 parking spaces per level, it is possible to park as many as 50 cars on a very limited footprint.

The second version of the Tower system is the MasterVario R2L. Here thecars are parked in the narrow direction. It is a Tower system so again the solution to park as many cars as possible on a small footprint.

Up to 10 vehicles can be stored in a row in this rack system. Thus, each level has up to 30 parking spaces. To keep vehicle waiting time short, there is a limit of 60 on the number of vehicles in this system.

A possible solution:

The MasterVario F2 not only features a lift with a horizontal and vertical sliding unit but there is also a sublift that does not go all the way into the garage. This moves the trolleys in a carousel. This racking system can be placed either underground or above ground or a combination of both is also possible.

There are up to 5 possible levels, each of which can have 4 to 8 rows. The system can accommodate between 10 and 50 trolleys.
