Architecture and
technology
perfectly aligned

In many projects, the car lift is treated as a final add-on. At Wedico, we believe it should actively shape the architecture. From the very first sketch, we think along with you. About dimensions and positioning, technical requirements and regulations, but also about how the lift integrates seamlessly into the overall design. Because a truly integrated solution starts with timely dialogue.

Architecture demands precision.
So does technology.

Our role? Bringing those two worlds together.
In every design process, we look for solutions that work both on paper and on site:

Advice on installation dimensions, legal requirements, shaft sizes and ventilation
Technical integration within urban planning constraints
Early-stage validation of feasibility and compliance
Clear planning information, aligned with the project phasing
Joint exploration of solutions to meet the number of parking spaces required by urban regulations

From residential developments and office buildings to mixed-use projects:
we align our solutions with the spatial logic of your design.

One point of contact,
from preliminary design to handover

1. Technical consultation during the design phase

We review your plans together and provide targeted advice on integration, dimensions, ventilation and regulations. Helping you avoid surprises later on.

2. Specifications and technical data sheets

You receive clear specification texts, detailed data sheets and, where required, cross-sections. Tailored to your project and its design phase.

3. Coordination with EPB, structural engineers and contractors

We ensure our solution fits seamlessly within the broader technical framework and coordinate with other parties on site when needed.

4. Delivery and installation according to schedule
The elevator will be delivered and installed within the agreed time frame, without any technical surprises.
Our project manager remains available until the final completion.
5. Handover and service

After installation, we remain available for follow-up, aftercare and any questions from the client or end user.

Project in
the spotlight

Case in Mechelen

In collaboration with architectural firm DMVA

In a recent project with a leading architectural practice, a smart parking solution was integrated into an urban residential development with a limited footprint. By aligning shaft dimensions, usage intensity and ventilation during the preliminary design phase, the lift remained completely invisible within the architecture without compromising comfort or regulatory compliance.

A clear example of how technology can enhance architecture rather than constrain it.

Voor architecten,
die vooruit willen kijken

We know every design is unique.
That’s why we make room for dialogue,
thoughtful integration and timely decision-making.
Not because it’s required but because it makes all the difference.
