The electric columnlifts we manufacture in Belgium comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and DIN EN81-31 for accessible goods lifts.

The goods lifters are reliable because they consist of almost 95% self-manufactured parts and all components meet the highest quality requirements.

Our production in Eupen has been active since 1868. We have all the know-how and components in-house and accompany you from the design stage through the entire process.

Our engineers work out your entire project together with you. This ranges from force calculations on the building structure to technical drawings (.dwg, .dxf, etc.). 3D visualisations are also provided to give you a perfect picture of the solution in your specific environment.

Most parts are manufactured in-house and we carefully select the purchasing parts. The modular system is meticulously assembled and packaged by our skilled technicians. The WEDICO assembly teams are extensively trained and driven daily to build our column lifts accurately and cleanly at our customers' premises. As a result, we achieve the highest quality which will lead to a reliable lift installation.

Easy to integrate

The system is modular, resulting in short assembly times. It is therefore ideal for critical points in the company. In addition, we make everything to measure and there is a range of options which allows us to adapt to the customer's requirements and wishes.

There is no (or limited) lift pit required and no machine room. The system is free-standing and can be equipped with machine fencing, making a structural shaft unnecessary. This also makes the goods lifters perfect for use on warehouse platforms.

Stepless height adjustment of up to 12m allows up to 6 stops to be operated.

This solution can be controlled by an external controller and thus integrated into an automated system. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

| Suitable for intensive use
The electromechanical chain drive combined with S1 motors make our column lifters suitable for continuous running. So there is no overheating as with hydraulic lifters. In addition, the drive is space-saving and wear-resistant. The movements are smooth and low-noise.

Easy to use

Next to each storey door, the control buttons are built into the machine fence. For a structural shaft, this will be surface-mounted unless built-in is desired by the customer.

The controls are of the push-to-run type: a simple push on the button will set the machine in motion. Each control button has an emergency stop according to 2006/42/CE.

| Low operating costs
Due to the absence of hydraulic circuits and high-quality components, the chain lifters require low maintenance. For more info on maintenance and service, click here.

Safety is our priority

We achieve the highest level of safety by, among other things:

| Electromechanical locking of the floor doors and electronic control of the loading bay door(s). The paallift cannot leave if one or more doors are not closed. Doors can only be opened if the cargo box is on the relevant floor.

| Thermal motor protection up to a payload of 500 kg. For loads of 500 kg to 3000 kg, we provide active overload protection.

ESLpro

The ESLpro single-column lifter does not require a floor recess

In its standard version, the ESLpro is suitable for the vertical transport of goods up to 500kg and a payload tray dimension of 1000 x 1600mm (outer dimension of 1100 x 1700mm). Other dimensions and lifting capacities are also available. Passenger transport is not permitted.

The ESLpro is multi-purpose: both indoors in a warehouse or industrial environment and outdoors in open air. It is installed as an open system with machine guards as fall and underrun protection. Placement in a structural shaft is of course also always possible.

Various door systems are possible: standard swing doors, but also sliding doors, roller shutters and high-speed doors.

 

ZSL / ZSLq

Endless possibilities and versatile. The ZSL/ZSLq has it all.

With a floor structure of the transport vehicle of only 90mm, a small ramp can be used in addition to a floor recess of 120mm. The ramp is tailor-made for the loading platform.

Besides application in an indoor environment, an outdoor installation is also perfectly possible. The metal parts will then have an increased corrosion-resistant finish and electrification is IP66. However, the main control box should always be indoors (minimum 10°C). Machine fencing on the open sides will shield the installation from the environment. As standard, our machine fencing is hot galvanised to EN1461 and thus suitable for outdoor use.

We install hinged doors at the entrances as standard, but sliding doors, roller shutter gates and speed gates are also possible.

The ZSL has the lifting column pair on the same side of the loading platform

As a result, this solution is space-saving and also offers many possibilities. There is a wide range of dimensions for the loading platform: a length (side at the lifting columns) between 1700 and 4000mm and a width up to a maximum of 1700mm. Individually adjustable in 100mm increments. The welded enclosure on the transport platform consists of a tubular frame and wire mesh and is at least 1100mm high. This enclosure can also be executed in closed cladding. By configuring the column pair on the same side, the loading bay doors can be executed on three sides.

For a suspension between the two columns, we are dealing with the ZSLq

Low horizontal forces are exerted on the building structure because the transport platform is stabilised between the columns. Consequently, this arrangement is very suitable in an open space, but it also offers many possibilities for warehouse platforms.

The accesses can be single-sided or opposite. Torque transmission from the motor column to the opposite column is mechanical. In specific applications, synchronisation can also be done electronically.

The torsion-resistant frame of the transport platform allows a width and length of up to 3000mm. Fence height on the loading platform of at least 1100mm.

 

VSL

The VSL four-column lifter for endlessly demanding applications

What you can achieve with the VSL is unseen

The most complete version of our column lifter system is the VSL four-column lifter. Here, the loading platform sits between the two pairs of columns that are electronically synchronised. The columns can be on either the short or long side of the loading platform, allowing double the number of configurations.

The VSL's payload capacity is as much as 3000 kg and a loading platform of up to 4000mm by 6000mm is achievable. Again, other dimensions are possible in 100mm increments. The large dimensions make it possible not only to transport many goods simultaneously but also, for example, trolleys and large parts such as decorative materials etc.

This electric pole lifter is robust, unique and extremely reliable. Goods must be loaded correctly, but the closed loading bay ensures that no goods can fall out during vertical transport.
