In the heart of Brussels, we successfully carried out the complete renewal of an outdated parking installation. The existing system no longer met current standards and was therefore replaced by a new, future-oriented solution focused on user convenience, safety, and sustainable mobility.
The project was delivered from start to finish. Our scope included the development of the new concept, the dismantling and removal of the existing installation, the industrial cleaning of the underground parking facility, and the installation of the new automated parking system. In addition, every parking space was equipped with the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicle charging, ensuring the building is fully prepared for the mobility needs of tomorrow.
The execution of the works presented several technical challenges. Due to the limited space available both inside and around the building, there was very little room for storage and assembly activities. Transporting the heavy columns into the underground garage also required a carefully planned approach. To overcome this challenge, a specialized crane system was used to safely and accurately position the various components.
Thanks to meticulous preparation and efficient execution, the project was completed successfully. The result is a modern parking facility that meets today’s standards and provides residents with a reliable, comfortable, and future-proof parking solution.
